Black Garlic Powder

Umami fairy dust!  It's black garlic dehydrated, and then powdered.  Smells great, tastes amazing and very convenient.   It's like fresh black garlic with the same great flavour, just sprinkle it on anything that wants some earthiness and depth. Melt some butter and mix in a little bit, and then drizzle on your stir fried veggies.  Sprinkle directly on appitizers of cream cheese and smoked salmon.  Or sprinkle on french vanilla bean ice cream and fall in love with that sweet taste.
